the location was acceptable as a base for exploring the city.

i was frustrated with the room service. i ordered a club sandwich one evening, but it arrived completely wrong. it was missing half the ingredients. i called to complain and they sent up a new one after an hour, and that sandwich wasn't right either. it just was like they didn't care about getting it right, or just didn't know how to make it.

The staff was very polite (i appreciated their quick responses). breakfast offered a good selection, with fresh fruit and hot items available. i also used the gym. It had cardio machines and free weights.
